About Us
Spanish School Catrina is owned and operated by Oswaldo and Gloria Ruiz who have over ten years of experience teaching Spanish. We have always lived in the community of Catarina and want to share the beauty of this place with visitors to the region. We will also show our commitment to the community by donating 5% of all profits to community projects.
We understand that every student has different desires and will do everything possible to ensure that your time at Spanish School Catarina exceeds your expectations. We have taken our years of experience and hired and trained only the best teachers. Each teacher has at least 3 years experience and has also completed a course in Spanish instruction. We are very flexible and can arrange classes to meet the desires of each student.
This is a school run by and for Nicaraguans. Both the management and the teachers want the students to not only learn Spanish but also to receive an education on the life, history and culture of Nicaragua.
